NASCAR "rigging" races for J.J. ?
yet again disappointed by a certain HM driver blamed Montoya for costing him a penalty at Dover then criticised Kenseth for restart at Kentucky a hollow victory this evening JJ should be ashamed of himself for his behaviour yet again this season NASCAR should be coming down on him like a ton of bricks but of course they wont because they're weak and yet again making the racing boring by giving it to that whiny blocking cheater
I agree that Nascar is owned by Hendricks, I dont mind getting beat by a Chevy or Toyota if the playing field is the same. Its not. It is Chevy biased and it is getting old watching this week in and week out and having Hendricks dominate like they do with just 1 car, the 48.
Its almost not worth watching anymore because I think of the cheating thats going on. I used to hate Earnhardt Sr. because he was so good but he was never as good as JJ's been and I personally think that Hendricks is hell-bent on beating his (Earnhardt) championship record of seven and also Richard Petty's and the Hendrick's will do whatever is necessary to acheive that.
The Ford's have no chance and thats a shame because Nascar used to have some good racing back in the day and you never knew what brand would win on any given weekend and now its Jimmie's world and everyone else is just living in it....
Of course Jimmie's car is not rigged, he knows this track, he;s good at it. He's run it before. He is a class act, because he knows his sport, and he drives with dignity. That does not make him a cheater, Chad is as well an upstanding guy. Kyle and Kurt have taken out sooo many in the past weeks, but because they suck, they are not responsible for anything. Trust me KK was not fast enough to keep up, if you were JJ would you go back and wait for KK or would you go for the win, HMMMMMM thats the name of the game. Speed Speed and staying from trouble. Sorry sore losers, it is a race to ment to be won and by one only. GET THE WIN AND SHOW KNOW MERCY THAT IS RACING BOYS. .
Rigged by NASCAR for J.J.? BAH!!!! How many times has Chad Knaus been suspended for cheating (pushing the envelope)? The wins are only those times when NASCAR didn't catch him!! Is Jimmy that much better than Kasey, Dale or Jeff? I don't think so. Move Chad over to Junior and let's see what happens!! I believe Chad is the reason!
Actually, Chad is very creative. It's time to turn all the crew chiefs loose! I would like to go back to the days when the teams/owners actually bought a car from a dealership, modified it for speed and safety and then raced it on Sunday. I truly believe that the car on the track should be what the manufacturer puts out on the showroom floor coupled with the genius of the crew chief. There should be no restrictions with the exception of safety. Bring back the creativity in NASCAR and get rid of the restricter plates!! If a driver is not up to handling the speed, move him/her back down to the Nationwide Series!! Time to turn 'em loose!! Boogety, boogety, boogety!!
Again!!!!! Did you watch the same race I did? Did you see the race at Pocono? Nobody else can get in the open and pull away like that. Everyone else needs help with the draft. Especially at the Super Speedways. There is something not right with that car. Sore Loser? How about sick of the sport being bias. If you can't see it or admit what's going on? Some people just can't read between the lines. Sorry for you!
Does anyone know for sure if Paul Menards car was towed to the garage, or did he drive it in there?
One of the greatest drivers said that if you were not pushing the limits of the rules you couldn't win. The 48 crew chief has been penalized along with his team more than anyone. Nascar's sanctioning body is a joke, this team can afford to cheat because the previous penalties didn't bite enough. Smaller teams don't have a chance. More empty seats every Sunday get more like Indy racing every year.
It doesnt just seem as simple as just JJ. It seems everytime JJ or Jr or Jeffyboy are on the verg of going a lap down or gonna loose a spot a caution appears and they never show the debris that the "caution" wad thrown for. I smell a fish plant there!
I used to think the same but I am realizing it isn't true. I am not a fan but the guy is a great driver and he has a great crew chief. They have a great connection and are in sync. That is how they win so many races. We are just going to have to live with it even if we don't like it because our drivers don't do as good or don't win. JJ is one of the best drivers in NASCAR today
That's right, anybody with sense knows that if Mr Hendrick controlled anything influencing victory lane recipients in NASCAR, then Dale jr would be winning 10 races a year..........he has 10 times the fans of the closest competitor, think about it , yiu know NASCAR fans, brand loyalty & all
The tale-tell proof will be shown 7/14/2013. He will be in the last position starting. Let's just see how long it takes him to get up front. I remember once seeing him on in car cam through a water bottle out his window and next lap NASCAR called a caution for debris and he moved up about 9 spots. If you notice how quickly he moves up after the cautions for debris. It sure does look like he gets to the front fast. I am also sure Hendrick's makes sure he get the best of everything for JJ's car. I think it is a shame everyone thinks he is cheating but it sure does look that way. Of course, Hendrick's is in tight with the France family. Chad mentioned in an interview about what happened in post-qualifying that it was just one of those things, sort of speaking, and that it meant they would not get a good selection of pits. I wonder why some of the others don't do like him a pick the pit box at the tracks that one line of pitting. If you notice, he seems to always have the first one going in the pits that way by the time the pole qualifier has come down pit lane and into his box JJ is out and coming down before the others can get out. I know Chad works his crew hard to be fast on the stops. This week no good pick of pitbox and being in the last start position...well...let's just see how he ends up. I am sure he will be in the top 5 or at least top 10 if he doesn't pull off a win. He does have skills...he knows just how to bump in the left rear quarter panel to cause a car to get loose and then he can pass them because they have to slow down or wreck.
It was because of JJ, Gordon, and Harvick whining about Matt Kenseth winning the Championship the year he won and not having a win that caused the points system to change and then become the Chase. Matt was defended by several of the other drivers....one being Ryan Newman who was second in points that year (I think) that it didn't matter because he was consistantly place in top 5 and top 10 finishes when the ones complaining were doing that. I think the points should go back to the old system and not until the last race will the Champion be determined. I think it would keep more fans that way. At least then the last 10 races would be as important as the others.
I also wish that NASCAR would go back to using genuine stock cars like they used originally. That would prove which car and team was better. Instead of using the amped fuels go back to just normal gas like used in regular cars. You could still have the safety features necessary but I think it would show the true caliber of the teams. At least you would know what kind of car it was unlike now when they all look the same except for the label on the front that tells you which kind it is. NASCAR has come a long way but it has also ruined the sport just like the MLB and NFL has done.
I totally agree with you that the race last Sat. night was one of the most boring races I have seen in a very long time. And as for drivers not knowing about what the motor looks like....that is the difference between NASCAR now and in it's glory days....even the drivers knew what was going on under the hood and new just what had to be done. I remember once seeing a race (live) where the driver got out of his car and opened the hood and was helping his crew which wasn't much of one fix what was wrong. But as tech comes along so do the changes which I don't like in sports.
I agree also about the announcer...some of them ( the ones that drove) weren't any better than or worse than those they speak of and probably they don't know anymore about things than an uniformed NASCAR official.....lol!!!
I think the Ford Fusion stinks for racing. I am not tech person and I know the cars are the same because of GEN 6 but I think Ford should go back to Mustangs like in Nationwide. I think then they would have a better chance. I also think that except for Gnassi and RCR the chevys all use Hendrick built motors. Do you really thin that Hendricks is going to give them a motor that could give them an advantage over JJ? NASCAR isn't like it used to be. That is a shame too!!! I is like the NFL and MLB....not what they used to be. Maybe that is why they are losing more fans.....the fans want a true race not like they have now.
I wish with all my heart that Dale Jr would win a race and maybe more....whatever it took to win a Championship. Dale Jr is a great guy and he got a raw deal at the company his dad left him. He was looking for a home to race and he wanted to drive Chevy....so Hendrick took him in....Hendrick says he loves Dale like a son....but does he. If he did he would switch the teams around. Get him a crew chief like Knause or give him Knause. Then let's see who would win. Also, Dale is a clean racer he will not try to make you loose on purpose and does everything to keep from wrecking. He will also help a team-mate....that is more than JJ does. I have seen him wreck Gordon to win....and Gordon is who brought him to Hendricks and owns the #48. I know I really don't want to see Johnson or Stewart as the next Champion. Hendricks wants to make money and JJ has been with him longer than Dale, Jr....Hendrick's loyality is to who brings him the most money....with Chad and Jimmy that is where the money is. And as far as Dale Jr fans.....I wonder how many are his fans....or are they his fans only since his dad died. I like Dale, Jr but never like his dad. But that being said....racing hasn't been the same for me since Dale, Sr died.
I think it's nice that NASCAR Rookie Fans have a place to whine, and rehash old worn-out nonsense.
I noticed that all of these notices are about 1 month old, but still hoping someone could answer a question for me. If you think NASCAR is rigging races for JJ, isn't anyone at all curious as to why Kyle Busch has been winning so many races lately? And why his brother, who was normally seen somewhere way in the back of the pack, is now seen up front and doing so well? I enjoy NASCAR, until I see Kyle Busch dominating race after race after race. Then I start thinking there's got to be more to it than just luck. Something smells miigghhttyy fishy here.
